Once you have received your print you have 24 hours to notify us of damage for a store credit or replacement...refunds or replacement with return of damaged print...you pay return shipping...we pay for replacement shipping...we credit your account with the shipping cost you paid to return once we receive the damaged print. We pay all shipping costs but ask you to invest in the quality of the return of the print at which time we reimburse you and thus cover all shipping costs. |
